Import Users

Add or update users in your workspace by uploading a CSV or entering details manually.

Select the type of user information you want to import

Attributes

Import default or custom user attributes with a user identifier. Maximum file size is 500MB.

Events

Import custom events with a user identifier, event name, and time field. Maximum file size is 50MB.

Quick user add

Create a single user with a user identifier, name, and add them to your workspace.

Drag and drop a file here File type: CSV CSV files must contain either an external_id, braze_id, user_alias_name and user_alias_label, email, or phone to identify imported users.
